Mind Media Support may ask you to allow remote control of your computer with TeamViewer in order to help you solving a problem.
Please note that you can only have a remote control session in consultation with Mind Media Support. You will maintain control of your computer during the session. Actions are performed with permission of and at customer's risk. Mind Media will not be able to gain access after the session and TeamViewer has been closed.
