Follow these instructions carefully

  1. Go to;

  2. Choose to use the free version;

  3. If asked for, accept the Terms of Service and Cookie Policy;

  4. Go to the WeTransfer settings by clicking the circle with the three dots inside, at the bottom left;

  5. Select "Send as link" and leave the settings page by clicking the circle with the three dots again;

  6. Click "Add your files" to do so (maximum size: 2 GB). Browse to the desired file(s) and select 'Open' to add them. The file will appear in the list;

  7. Click 'Transfer' to start uploading the file(s). Wait for the files to be uploaded;

    Copy-paste the link in the Mind Media Support ticketing system or reply to one of our previous messages about your case.

Please note! If 'Send as email' is selected in the WeTransfer settings, we will not receive the e-mail sent by WeTransfer. No e-mail sent through WeTransfer will arrive in our ticketing system!
